Morez is situated in the heart of der Jura mountains : 200 km far from Geneva in the north. These mountains are crossed by the mythical Transjurassienne. The Jura mountains which are 1720 high are hilly and scattered with majestuous lakes. Thanks to beautiful sightseeing, bewitched forests and sparkling snow, the Jura mountains are a heaven to all nature enthusiasts.
