The Ganghoferlauf in Leutsch is one of the biggest popular cross-country skiing marathons in Austria and is part of Euroloppet for the first time in 2012. 4 different distances are offered.
The location
Leutasch is a small village with 2.200 inhabitants and is near the Olympic region Seefeld in Tyrol. Especially Seefeld is known for international Wintersportsevents like world cups in the Nordic combination or the Olympic Youth Games 2012. But also Leutasch has a long tradition in sports events with the Ganghoferlauf and other sports events.
