In 2007, Alliansloppet took place for the first time. Since then, it developed to a festival of roller ski runners. The race takes place in the unique event area of Trollhättan and goes on a circuit with a length of 16 km. The course contains light descents, which can be easily done by beginners. The race is part of the Swedish Roller Ski Cup, as in the last years.
Three different tracks are offered; 16, 32 and 48 km, which must be absolved in the classic technique. A ranking will be made for the participants of the 32 and 48 km track. It is also possible to participate without any ranking over 16, 32 and 48 km. It is also possible to participate in the 16 km track with Inline Skates – with or without poles.
