Due to the current weather conditions and their effects on the route quality, we have intensively examined the feasibility of Galtür Nordic Volumes.

The conditions in the Bieler Höhe area currently do not allow the planned competition route to be carried out in the usual quality. In addition, some sections of the route are heavily contaminated by older avalanche deposits, which affects both the route quality and safety. Water accumulation in the start and finish areas also makes it difficult to run smoothly.

In order to maintain the claim promise of a high-quality and safe event, the cross-country ski race will not take place this year. Nevertheless, the region’s cross-country trails are currently easy to use, so they can still be used ideally for training purposes.

Entry fees that have already been transferred will of course be refunded. RaceTimePro will contact participants directly if necessary. In addition, we would like to apologize for the short notice and provide two day tickets (2026/2027) for the cross-country trails in Paznaun Valley for each starting place booked.
