Regulations:

Participant must be over 18years of age, or together with the legal guardian.

The Euroloppet Roller Ski Training Camp includes educated lecturer for improving your Roller Ski technique & skills for upgrading your own potential in Cross-Country Skiing.

Each participant must be covered by liability insurance.

Each participant is responsible for arranging own transport, ccommodation & food.

The official communication language English (other: German & Czech).

The Organizing Committee reserves the right for potential changes.

The end of the training camp approx. at 15:00 hour.

• 3 training days with Dr. Michal Malak, OLY
• Technique preparation training with video analysis
• XC Roller skiing training with the skating technique
• Introduction for training tips & secrets of technique improvement
• Rental of skate Rollerskis for 3 days
• 3 days tickets for Rollerski trails in Ramsau

Not Included:

• Arrival and departure
• Accommodation & meals

To bring with you:

• Your own Cross-Country skiing boots & poles
• If available your own Rollerskis
